1. Scope

These terms govern your use of ToolBox Hub. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. The service

ToolBox Hub provides free browser-based utility tools. All processing happens on your own device. The service is offered as is, without any guarantee of availability, and may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. No warranty on results

The tools are provided for convenience. While we take care to make them correct, we give no warranty that any output is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them, especially for financial, health-related or security-critical decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service;
  • scrape or redistribute the site systematically without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and under the German Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

The source code of this project is published under the MIT License. Content, branding and design remain the property of Steuten IT Solutions. Anything you enter into a tool remains entirely yours — we never receive it.

7. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
